On an earlier thread P.Lanner posted: "Anyone else heard the rumour going around the town that the planners at Teignbridge District Council want Tesco at Lady's Mile rather than Sainsbury at Shutterton Bridge and that in order to achieve this they are trying to get the Sainsbury bid made void on a technicality."
