I felt really concerned this morning when I was passing through sandy lane. There was a young toddler who was wandering around the busy car park and up sandy lane, he had a little girl looking after him who must have only been about 9 or 10! He could have easily gone into the road and there was no parent in sight. I felt I should intervene for his safety but was worried about what his parents ...
