Don't forget!

Well now, Olive, there's a lot of local government reorganisation on the cards at the moment so now might well be the time for you and me and others to make our voices known about these town (or to be correct, Parish) councils. I believe there is a meeting about Local Government Reorganisation being held in Dawlish later this month. I'll find the details and post them on Backyard.

Tuesday 6th May. Shaftesbury Theatre, Brunswick Place. Public exhibition of the Yellow Book proposals, commissioned by Dawlish Community Trust,on how Dawlish town centre can be regenerated. Doors open 5.30pm. Open to public 6.30pm

Dawlish Town Council has given its blessing to Sainsbury's planning application to build a supermarket at Shutterton Bridge. This planning application now goes to Teignbridge District Council.

According to Dawlish Post this is now due to take place on TUESDAY 12TH FEB AT DAWLISH COMMUNITY COLLEGE
