The Buntings development had a 20% discounted homes for sale up until yesterday, there were three in total. This was agreed in the original s106 agreement back in 2012. My partner and I attempted to purchase one, passed all eligibility checks and had a mortgage agreed in principle, however the lender when looking into the details stated that they were not prepared to lends as the s106 ...

Maybe it's the sign from the original tender process. If my memory is correct this sign would have been be behind the portaloos that now seem to have been removed.

I believe Teignbridge did contribute around £100,000 towards the project (I may be wrong). The astro was never free to use. It was just never locked so people used it without paying, myself included. Most people did this well and with respect but as is often the case a small minority ruined it for the rest of us.

I am entitled to accuse people of vandalism when I have seen it with my own eyes.  £21 is for the wole astro turf unless it's a family of 20 then I doubt the whole astro would be needed. Like I said previously there used to be a 1/2 charge for the use of a half. This would be £10.50 for an hour. If this is still the case then it represents good value in my opinion. If not then maybe this is ...

Free until 6pm is a good idea, would need to be supervised in some way so that you don't get 20 blokes turn up for a kickabout. Something like the multi use games area in this link would be good for Dawlish.

It's not just clubs who use it. I know of two people who have used it this week and neither of them belong to a club. The old surface was not meant to be free but slack admin made it seem that way.  As a result a small minority abused this and goals and other equipment were frequently vandalised. In some areas the surface was actually torn up making the surface dangerous to use. By charging for ...

£21 an hour is reasonable compared to other astro turfs in the area. Heavitree astro costs £20 for 35 minutes unless you are a club and then is is £40 per hour.  They also used to do half  pitch hire at Dawlish so if they continue to do this then it is actually good value seeing as it is now the top facility of it's type in the area.

I went for a bike ride today. My average speed was 19mph. The design speed for cycle paths in this country is 12mph. 19mph is far too dangerous a speed to cycle along a shared path and at times I was going much faster than this. This is why I do not use cycle paths when on my road bike. However when I do cycle on the road I abide by the law and highway code at all times unlike some others.

A Radical Idea

Shops opening on a Saturday afternoon would be good. Try walking down Park Road after 1pm on a Saturday and most of the shops are shut!

Custom Scooters are available in Town, The bike shop have them. However I do see you point regarding the other items.
