Maybe it's the sign from the original tender process. If my memory is correct this sign would have been be behind the portaloos that now seem to have been removed.

So, why hasn't it been removed then? 

That tender got awarded some few months back.

It did but nothing seems to be happening. Will there be an outlet and toilets there next spring? I very much doubt it! 

Understand TDC officers saying the tender that was awarded a few months back is still progressing. There is no problem.

TDC just hasn't gotten around to taking the To (i) Let sign down.

Wonder how long it will take 'em?

P'raps they should put a 'taking all our signs down when out of date so as not to cause confusion and cause unnecessary rumours to start circulating' tender out?

I see today that Builders have started work on the site, and a new sign put up.

What does the sign say?
