DAWLISH GAZETTE
2 Sep 2010

Martin, me old mucker, you're too modest by far. I'm so proud of your campaigns, so much so that I've shown some associates of mine the website that shows all your Freedom Of Information requests and they were so impressed that they've asked if I can get your autograph for them. Now with us living so close to each other, I'm sure you won't mind if I pop round with a pen and napkin for you to put ...

LOL. I'm glad that the Dawlish Moaner has gone, he was always picking on you Martin. What a very good article on the front of the paper and what a good photo by you mate, I hope you got paid for it PMSL!!!!! I can't afford to run a car never mind pay for parking, but keep up your good work Martin mate, you're the peoples champion no matter what others might wrongly think.

The Fair

No not all Martin I'm very serious about this. I've been thinking that this could be a great fundraiser for the carnival committee if the Great Wall Of Dawlish were to be built with the help of a Sponsor A Brick scheme - pay a tenner and get your name engraved in a brick. Now Martin mate, it's clear that neither you or me could afford this, but I'm sure there are plenty who would like to see their ...

I agree with Martin that we don't need the fair money and that we should have a local carnival for local people. I'm all for putting up a wall around Dawlish like they have in that West Bank place I seen on the telly. I've got loads of time on my hands and would be more than happy to man the barricades! Rise up people of Dawlish.

Martin as usual makes a good point, but I reckon that the DTC should force the fair to set up the waltzers in a field in the Shutterton Lane area as this would be a much better place for it. Come on DTC, sort it out! Dawlish Lawn definitely should be a local park for local people, apart from the dirty wino's (no, not the Swan regulars), who should be exported to somewhere like Australia. Or the ...

I agree with Wondering. When i was walking home from Gentlemans Cove I stepped in someones discarded candy floss. My doggy enjoyed licking it off my shoe, but that's not the point. The fair should be out of season not bank holiday week. I liked the hook a duck though. And I liked watching the butch lesbian CEO ticketing 3 cars on Marine Parade this lunch time. I wouldn't mess with her, no way ...

Can I just say that I agree with Martin that us socially and financially disadvantaged types should be free to go about our business whenever we want without interference from big brother or big sister. Anyone know what all the noise outside No.2 Barton Villas was last night. I didn't get a blooming wink. I'm off to the Pirates Chest for some peace and quiet with my friends. I hope to see some ...

Does anyone else know what all the noise is tonight outside No.2 Barton Villas? An infernal blooming racket it is, I can't get to sleep.
