Watched all the effort of putting the Christmas lights up and wondered what it costs and who pays for it. Anybody know?

How and why do people get away with parking on the pavement in Brook Street? The van marked R N Gove is habitually there blocking the pavement and you have to drive on the other pavement to get passed it, then his can seams to have private use of the Manor car park. Am I missing somthing?

Who was the man seen at about 4 this afternoon writing the numbers of ilegally parked cars in the ols town street area in his little note book? Has he benn stirring up all the bookings? I've seen him before doing the same, anybody know who this is?
