Why dont the Council do something about parking? I saw 6 cars parked on yellow lines outside the chip shop at 1pm, one right on the corner of Costcutters. Are you allowed to park on double yellow lines in Dawlish? Perhaps take a digi pic of each car reg and sent it in for them to deal wid it!!
