Couldn't have said it better myself. You don't actually have to leave Dawlish for anything except for maybe some clothes shopping. You can get everything you need here. Ttry the greengrocers....their stuff is great quality compared to Co-op, and the bakers and there are several places you can get milk. Peaople just run off to Tesco spending extra petrol so you can get 3 loaves of bread for 99p or ...
