Same carnival royalty again. The judge wasnt just a lady from torquay, a member of the carnival commitee was also judging. I feel that this is completely out of order. I have been to a number of royalty selection discos and have seen the same young girls entering over and over again and not getting a place on the float. why not? they are beautiful too. If this is fair then how can you justify the ...
