David Cameron says hug a hoodie, I say hug a skater. Seriously the kids just want somewhere to go. Give them a skate park and everyone would be happy. And just encase your interested (my brother is one of them) most of them are the kind of boys who would help a women with a pram or an elderly person with their shopping, not mad crime lords who are going to beat you with their boards for walking ...
