I'm really puzzled by these mails - pizza is just about the easiest thing to cook, and contains very little oil, so why are they greasy? The reason it's one of the favourite dishes in Italy is that it's so easy and cheap to do. I regularly turn out half a dozen large ones when the family come round, and that's in a domestic oven.
