The arrogance of Dawlish Council is spectacular. They said they had conducted a survey of the populace which were in favour of the CCTV installation but couldnt find the figures to back it up. They commenced installation work without planning permission. Teignbridge DCC sent them a letter stating " we were disappointed that works had commenced prior to Landlord's consent being sought".
