to be honest I cant remember what the objections were, the Grand Hotel was still there then where the flats are and there was a pub where the brainwave charity shop is.

it goes in the paper and people can read it , but not discuss it on an open forum, it was causing distress to one person I know and although the outcome is listed the full circumstances are not.
