Don, I agree entirely, my question is why do these highly paid officials get it wrong so many times, and that one was wrong for ten years and it took a judge to spot it

Roy, That really is nit picking. "Of course someone at the relevant authority also got it wrong. They got it wrong once though, not for 10 years". Why didnt somebody in authority check the TRO when they first applied and began operating it in 1997, and they didnt realise until 2007 and it was the Judge who spotted it.

A pretty expensive one, but you have no criticism for the authorities for getting it so badly wrong and for 10 years. Once again it was a Judge who ruled.
