TDC comissioned a bloke to make a sandcastle to highlight water pollution. How much did they pay out? My boy would have happily done it for free. They would have been better off having a day out for kids to make sandcastles which highlight this important point. I hate to say this, but are you capable of looking after them? You obviously haven't researched them as you cannot even spell the name correctly. It's Guinea pigs. I'd be very hesitant to advise you on getting them. That said, we do have a good pet shop (Park Road)in Dawlish which will give you more details and some much needed advice. Why are people getting het up about CCTV cameras? It's not as if the council are going to be able to afford to run them for long.
