@Lynne - i worked at one of the caravan sites down there for several years and it always flooded every year. the water would be up to a foot deep or so along the dyke wall. even with pumps on site the water still came up through the man holes. at the time the water company was aware of the extensive new builds in plan and advised they would not be increasing their facilities anytime soon. says ...
