Maybe she doesn't know the answer to my query re from which year the 21k will be based because, quite simply, that hasn't been decided yet. If you are so well connected within Coalition circles why don't you find out from your Lib Dem MP friends and let us know. I know that the 21K will be annually adjusted according to inflation.
