Once again you missed the point "you need to be careful making accusations" The Police Detectives ( who I met ) investigated first, they then went to Manchester to seize the files, it was then decided by the Police that it was too serious for them to handle and passed it to the Fraud Squad who, when their report is completed will pass it to the CPS for consideration as whether to prosecute or not. ...
