From item 82; Disappointingly only 21 of those aged between 12 and 30 years old completed a survey. Some may remember that back in August there was a public consultation concerning the future of the lawn (including playpark). A report was given to the 5/9/18 town council meeting with regard to this consultation. Nothing that I knew of but I think it's a common standard redundancy agreement when you get a payoff.
What was your company up too? If you had to sign an agreement that you wouldn't bad mouth or seek further action. My personal opinion is "they had something to hide". Was part of the shut your mouth "we will pay you more than statutory".
This is a difficult one because I think an NDA shouldn't be allowed to hide criminal activity but sometimes this is the only way a victim will see any justice if a pay off is included (if you can call a rich white man paying off a victim, justice). Taken today, 31/10/18. They are only a couple of days old at the most. I hope they survive especially as one from the brood earlier this year keeps pecking at them. Jealousy maybe?
