Not speculation. The Lib Dems have mooted the idea before. Something to keep an eye on. How do you know it isn't being discussed behind closed doors? You don't, do you? And talking of wasting energy. Just thought I'd point out that the population of the Uk @ 2011 census was 63,181,775. However the population of England @ 2011 census was 53,012,456. So, wrong on pop of England and wrong on pop. of UK. Makes you wonder what else might be factually wrong in that ditty. Is whoever wrote that really saying that members of the armed forces don't work for their living? or nurses? or police ...
