@Brazilnut I don't expect any sort of apology. It is a shame someone with the interests of the club and town didn't run the club ... it may have been completely different. What is happening with the Seasiders bar now?
This is so sad. With the right ownership Dawlish could have had a good team at a decent level. Me and my 2 boys have gone to most home games over the last 3 seasons and seen some very good games. They will be missed by us but most of the rest of Dawlish won't care much :-( I understand the history but a still a shame to see a club go under without much of a fight it seems.
Ideally he would step down but who would take it over? Also not sure why the bar isn't ever open seems like it could make good money being the only bar in that area.
I understand there is some issue with the Chairman but wish that was forgotten to some extent. How many people watch Dawlish United first team then?
Dawlish are playing very well recently since Gary Fisher became Player Manager. It would be good to get more supporters and not just the ones that peer over the fence and don't pay. Everyone on here seems to like living in Dawlish, please support your local club

Is that why everyone stays away? I know the games aren't very well advertised around the town unless you look in the tourist information window or up at Sandy Lane. Dawlish is quite a big town and sometimes we get a crowd of around 90 but at other times less than 40 and that maybe counting the players and officals :-D. For the big games though we should be getting well over 100. We play Totnes ...
