What is the parking regulations on the Strand Christmas Day and Boxing Day?

WOW all of 10,000 pounds. I'm in favour of revitalizing the town but how far would 10,000 pounds go, not far i'm afraid.

Why are the lights out over the brook, being new to the town is it to conserve energy out of season ?
