Not condoning the Kinnock trip at all, but as far as I am aware he didn't travel when both he and the person he was with were already displaying Coronavirus symptoms. Nor was he heavily involved in determining the government's policy with regard to Coronavirus. Unlike Demonic Cummings.

Ah yes, let us not forget that Borisonian good old British common sense. I would have thought it common sense that if a lot of people travel to the coast and inland beauty spots then social distancing will become a problem with the common sense consequent possibility of the virus going above R1 again.
