Is this a good/bad/indifferent piece of news BSB? If true, it's a bit strange that the same person will own 2 pubs so close to each other - won't he be in competition with himself? Unless he plans to do something radical with one of the 2 pubs, of course??? Maybe turn one of them into a long-awaited and much-needed lapdancing club?
