There are certainly a lot of highly paranoid and anxious people in this country who believe such rubbish and who are easily manipulated by Reform's Trumpist alarmism. Reform are just profiting from the mental health epidemic. They won't reverse the decline of the nation.

I've just been to Dawlish Sainsbury's, they have installed barriers to stop you getting out. To get out now you have to go through the checkout or self checkout. There is also a exit gate to let you out if you don't go through the checkouts. I bought a sandwich, paid for it at the cigarette counter.
