@fred The new proposals are designed to reduce flood risk. By removing the massive Tarmac apron it will significantly reduce the impermeable surface area With regard to ownership of the Lawn. For the absolute record, I have no idea who "Judith Chalmers" is, and have never had any liaison, communication, discussion, contact or any other involvement with this person about postings on this site. Please can we keep to the issue of what form of change, if any, the people of Dawlish want in the town centre. There is a serious consultation underway.
