And for the record, I've nothing to come clean about as I've never claimed to not have had any previous usernames. My change of username was not through choice, as I'd rather I'd carried on using my original. Happy to help.

@User4549. No need to be so tetchy - it was a reasonable question as to why you went down the FOI route rather than just writing to them. @burneside . whatdotheyknow.com lists all these foi requests. happy to help.
Isn't it just easier and less draining of council resources to simply write a letter to the council saying that the TRO doesn't apply to a private road? Your FOI request (one of many, I see - including one sent on Christmas Day lol!!)) doesn't say that anywhere - why beat around the bush - it makes no sense?
