Spot on laughing boy - I 100% agree with it, because I'm sick to death of selfish people illegally parking their cars, causing potential hazards to fellow road users (including the emergency services) and pedestrians alike. Why are you so anti this?
Hey laughing boy, let me guess. You've received a parking ticket for illegally leaving their motor where they shouldn't. Good. The more illegal parkers that get punished for breaking the law, the better. Maybe they'll learn their lesson and stop being so selfish.
