I have found the drawings for a new bandstand prepared for the Millennium, and the Planning approval given then (but expired in 2005). So, Margaret, what will be the referendum question that requires only a YES/NO answer that will get you any closer to knowing how to save Dawlish? Don't forget also that a referendum costs money as TDC will have to hold it for us, unlike the consultation that cost only our time .
