My experience is that the powers that be are not interested in how the site is accessed, that seems to fall outside their remit. All they are worried about is how the site itself is configured to allow for traffic on site only.
And as with the other planning applications recently submitted concerning this site I ask again - just how will the developer access this site? Will it be via the yet to be built Gatehouse Farm/Sainsbury's roundabout link road or will it be via Elm Grove Road, Sandy Lane/ Elm Grove Drive all of which are residential roads which happen to also have schools, sports facilities and children's play ...
