this course is FULL CONTACT. the tae kwon do course is not the same mate. This is so much different. their are loads of varients to these courses but this one is far the best (but then i would say that)
the one i attended was full contact and lasted most of a day.the guys i did it with was trained with the guys in the usa and the guy that invented Fast defence see their website through Puma taekwondo!

We were watching the metier shower in the garden tonight when we heard gunshots and the sound of hounds (this is nothing new we live quite close to Holcombe). The dog howls and barks stopped.
