I love the way that the Dawlish newspapers are referring to the skaters as a ‘gang’, and talking about how residents of marine parade feel ‘threatened’. I wonder how the 13-year-old lad who got physically grabbed by one of the residents and threatened with violence felt. His actions are a bit more like gang behaviour then a few kids on boards. It's a shame that one man has given all the people who live along Marine Parade a bad name. Likewise a few skaters have given all of them a bad rep. Make tea, not war.
