Dawlish Warren beach has been awarded a blue flag for 2024. Coryton Cove beach and Dawlish Town beach have been awarded a Seaside Award for 2024. https://www.keepbritaintidy.org/2024-blue-flag-and-seaside-award-winners Well done to all those that help keep our beaches such wonderful places to visit and enjoy.

Open day at Dawlish Bowling Club, Saturday 18 May from 12:00. An opportunity to play a game of bowls with our club members. All age groups and abilities welcome. We have a range of bowls for you to try.

Tomorrow, Saturday 11th we've got another special steam train passing through, this being 7029 Clun Castle. It is pausing at Teignmouth at 10.38am for two minutes to allow another train to pass then it passes on through Dawlish at 10.43am & Dawlish Warren at 10.46am. Note, this is a one way trip, going via Bristol to Paddington & ending up at Tyseley, Birmingham !!

Perusing through Companies House I came across this interesting titbit: Dawlish Airshow Ltd Company number 07210463 Unedited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 The account has £52,006 in Share holders' funds in it. Is it possible we could have another Dawlish Air Show this year condsidering the money has just been sitting there ?
