Wow - 71 beds! I think the two biggest in Dawlish currently are Palm Court (circa 40 beds) and Sefton Hall (circa 50 beds) so this is going to be pretty big.

Sometime next month those with children turning 4 during this coming academic year will be receiving application forms concerning choosing a primary school. The Times reports that thousands of foreign workers will be hired for Britain's care homes this winter. The paper says there are fears of a "winter crisis", with more than 160,000 vacancies in the sector. It adds that countries such as India and the Philippines are likely to be the target of a "hiring spree".
