I noticed there is a small piece on the front page of the Dawlish Post this week. I havent seen the Gazette yet, so don't know if its in there. I know there are flyers being made up to be posted around Dawlish about it and was also told it would be big news in the papers, so I am hoping next week it will be given the coverage it duly deserves. I have just been reliably informed from the Council that a project for a skate park facility in Dawlish has been short listed to receive a National Lottery Grant of over 90,000 pounds. It is proposed that the skate park will be part of an integrated facility, not only for young people, but the whole community when the new adjacent centre is opened.
