About Dawlish Arts Festival

Dawlish Arts Festival was founded in 1953 by Jim Holden whose vision was to create a Festival designed to bring arts in all its many forms for the people of Dawlish to enjoy.

The current Committee is keen to emulate this vision to include not only Dawlish and its surrounding communities but to the whole of Devon and beyond.

For 2015, the programme of events has grown considerably, offering in excess of 50 individual events running over 8 days from 23rd to 30th may inclusive.
