I'm Terry Caldwell, part of the team at B&T's Deli—an all-vegan spot in Santa Monica that also serves as a welcoming vegetarian lunch cafe  for the community. Our goal is to bring the classic deli experience to a new generation with bold, handcrafted flavors made entirely from plant-based ingredients. Whether I'm helping in the kitchen or chatting with customers during their lunch break, I love being part of a local vegetarian lunch cafe that stands for great food, fresh sandwiches, and genuine community.
