About Dawlish Warren NNR Visitor Centre

The Visitor Centre at Dawlish Warren has a range of displays which tell you more about the Warren and the nature reserve. Books about the Warren and its wildlife are also on sale here.

It is open from early April to the end of September and entry is free. Most days it is open from 2.00pm - 5pm. However, it is occasionally closed when in use for groups or when the Wardens are working on site. In winter the Centre is usually open for the same hours, but at weekends only.

Please note that there are no drinking or toilet facilities at the Visitor Centre. Toilets can be found at the car park (near the entrance tunnel) and at the resort itself (along the path between the two amusement arcades).

Summer (1 April to 31 August)
2pm to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday
2pm to 4pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Closed Monday and Tuesday
