Dr. K. Shilpi Reddy began her career serving underprivileged women in drought-stricken Dubbaka in 2003, offering comprehensive obstetric, gynaecology, surgical, and general care. In 2007, she established a 25-bed specialty facility in Siddipet to reduce maternal mortality in rural communities. After diverse consultant roles in Hyderabad hospitals and reproductive medicine, she co-founded KIMS Cuddles in 2016 with a vision for integrated mother and child healthcare.
