My recent experience with Aeroflot Airlines KWI Terminal was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived at the terminal, everything felt smooth, well-organized, and comfortable. The Aeroflot check-in counter staff were incredibly polite and efficient. They handled my documents quickly and professionally, and even helped me with some baggage-related questions with a warm smile.

Security and immigration procedures at the terminal were also seamless, with clear signage and helpful staff guiding passengers through each step. What stood out the most was the cleanliness and modern look of the terminal area used by Aeroflot—spacious seating, clean restrooms, and plenty of charging stations made waiting a pleasant experience.

The boarding process was timely and orderly, with the Aeroflot ground crew ensuring passengers were well informed and prioritized according to seat class and families with children. I truly appreciated the calm, respectful atmosphere that the staff helped maintain throughout the entire process.

Overall, Aeroflot’s operations at the KWI terminal left a very positive impression. It reflected the airline’s commitment to efficiency, hospitality, and comfort, and made the beginning of my journey both relaxing and enjoyable. I would gladly fly with them again from Kuwait.
