Dr. Williams, a board-certified otolaryngologist, founded Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee. He founded the Voice Care Center of Nashville, where he treats and prevents voice issues in Christian and Gospel musicians, and he also has a private surgical practice on the Southern Hills Medical Center campus. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at Meharry Medical College. Dr. Williams has a deep understanding of the numerous spiritual effects of voice problems in addition to the medical and surgical ramifications, having worked as an independent gospel recording artist himself.
