Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional who specializes in working with people, couples, families, and professionals who want to feel empowered and make good life changes. By teaching them how to successfully adjust to life's obstacles while upholding their moral principles, I hope to assist people in becoming "unstuck" from their overpowering negative ideas. I think we all deserve to live more awake, productive, happy, and fulfilled lives. I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Francis College, and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University.
