Anyone else heard the rumour going around the town that the planners at Teignbridge District Council want Tesco at Lady's Mile rather than Sainsbury at Shutterton Bridge and that in order to achieve this they are trying to get the Sainsbury bid made void on a technicality.
I thought the people of Dawlish had made it quite clear. Those who want a supermarket, want it at Shutterton Bridge. If what has been posted above is true I want to know why what we want is being ignored.
Oh look! It's chicken shed/joey deacon/seagull/dont care! Been staring at the moon again, have we? Defending the council for taking money backhanders? No surprise there from the council sycophantic.
He's a councillor! Hence the persistence. He doesn't want the people of Dawlish to know how corrupt it's council is.
Yawn , Yawn , Yawn. You must be the most boring person in Britain.
Still its giving everyone else in Dawlish a laugh.
Admin have been pissing themselves over your continous posting under different names, including posting against yourself, just so you can pretend those posts are by me.
Actually, it'd be quite interesting to return to the original point about Sainsbury's/Tesco's if only all you drama queens could shut up.
This is not true, due to the nature of the application and the location the Secretary of State has a right to call it in, this is not uncommon. She has 21 days in which to do this. Teignbridge have passed the application.
However what the local councillors have accepted as payment for Dawlish is well short of what could have been achieved. Some coucillors sugested delaying the application soley to put more pressure on Sainsbury's so that they would cough up more for the town.
