It doesn't work never will lost funding and partly installed! Truth! And the council are saying it's installed and working. Ha ha yea right

I suppose the councillors of Teignmouth will eventually jump through the same hoop as the councillors of Dawlish did, they wasted thousands-------for what?
Who had a hand in that? Well one was a long forgotten councillor, the rev Dr Tom Bush. He sat on a working group (which wasn't even quorate)and voted the firm that won the contract. They (the working group) two councillors and a nobody didn't even know what specifications for the equipment were, if they did, we wouldn't have ended up with the crap we have now.
