Dawlish Discussion

Hi,
We are visiting Dawlish during the weekend after next to have a look, with a view to moving there later in the year, or early next. We are looking for a flat and have seen one advertised in Piermont Place. Is this a nice area, maybe close to shops, restaurants and pubs?
My wife and I are keen middle distance runners, are there plenty of runs locally and is there a running club. Any info would be most appreciated.

Piermont Place is right in the centre of town. It's quite busy with traffic and people at certain times of the day and year. Some of the flats and buildings are more private than others so I would recommend visiting at a couple of different times of day to get a feel for it.

that area can be troublesome. go further out sdie dawlish. holiday season gets a lot of visitors and damamge to the area
