I think you really mean that most of the residents of Dawlish (ie zombies) are brain dead?

Yes I did and was going to work up to that!

I have in the past made many comments on this forum all to no avail - in fact I get more response by saying this sort of thing! Its in fact an expression of my frustration at the lack of any energy in this town - a forum facility like this should be buzzing - instead just three people post regularly and even those have more or less given up.

There you are. Now watch the responses flood in.....NOT!

Is it time the Webmaster removed all tho stupid recent postings..I suppose keeping them shown though does make a clear point !
Please can postings go via the Webmaster?...a chance then of being a sensible and intereting forum. People do visit the site outside of Dawlish you know.

As it is, the forum allows freedom of expression.

That is the point of it, people can talk about anything and everything (well, nearly everything.Mind you,if there are any young ladies out there?????.............).

The recent postings have been sent to try and stimulate some interest. At the moment it IS dead, nothing, nothingness, zilch.(hence my last posting of Days in the Sun).

Probably the best way to stimulate interest and replies is to say something completely outrageous.

Any offers?

Actually, I've just thought of three interesting subjects that'll bring the postings flooding in.

1) Bow Windows.(The state of)
2) Dog Mess. (The state of)
3) Dawlish. (The state of)

Talking of dogs (which we weren't) I've also just read two jolly good books.(Jolly - now there's a word not often used). (Please excuse all the brackets!)

Dog Mess On The Beach by Ivana Pugh

well said stumpy (comments on 'silly' postings. As I said elsewhere I have tried many times to stimulate lively debate, all to no avail. Something is rotten in the state of Dawlish!
The fact that my postings are still there bears testimony to all that I have said. Remove them and what will be left? Nothing!
