ONE of the youngest Black Swan cygnets in Dawlish has died, it has been confirmed. The cygnet was one of three born to new parents Bluey and Rosie which hatched a few weeks ago. Dawlish Waterfowl wardens said today: ‘We are saddened to confirm and share that one of the cygnets has sadly passed away.
