COASTGUARD rescue teams responded to three separate incidents along the South Devon coast over the weekend, including reports of a person cut off by the tide at Teignmouth. The first call-out came late on May 22 when Dawlish Coastguard, working alongside the RNLI, searched for a struggling rower near Teignmouth.
