Why cant anywhere else make as delicious pasties as those made in Devon and Cornwall

Cos we know the secret ingredients!

Its more than that I know a Devionian a baker moved to London.
He was well known for his delicious pasties, went to London same recipe different pasties.

Simple things like the hardness of water used makes a difference.

Go to St. Ives in Cornwall for the best pasties in the Northern Hemisphere.(Actually, not sure if they make them in the Southern Hemisphere?)

Don't buy an ice cream in St. Ives though, or the seagulls will 'av you!
